Health Benefits of KIVA Light

Natural outdoor light kept humans alive and healthy for milleniums.  Now we (and most of our food and water) are indoors most of the time—under artificial lights.

Light has a powerful effect on humans, good or bad.  Full spectrum lights modified to have more blue and green, are the closest thing to beneficial outdoor light there is.
